Kv1-Kv1s Lessons
Hi,
Am looking for some guidance on how to make the most of my KV1 and KV1s. My crew on the KV1 area round 94% and i'm definitely improving but theres a lot more i can learn. As for the KV1s... well trying to grind out of the stock version is proving quite difficult, hopefully can get some help there.
Thanks

Re: Kv1-Kv1s Lessons
I am nowhere near pro kv1 / kv1s driver - but have the kv1s pimped out in garage.
Lets see if we cant get some tooning going to be able to give you good feedback.
As mentioned on ts yesterday i recommend you enable battle recordings and upload them to wotreplays.com - and then link to them from at post in replays-forum. You will be surprised what some of the guys here notice in a replay where you thought everything was fine.
Cya for some tooning later - hopefully someone will tag along with us.

Re: Kv1-Kv1s Lessons
Hey,
You totally should upload some replays of you playing.
Good or bad battles, sometimes you can learn the most from the biggest fails.
And I haven't got the KV-1 anymore played through it fairly quickly.
BUT, the KV-1S is still one of my favorite tanks. Always ready to toon and TC in it.
Feel free to ask me or any other instructor about anything!

Re: Kv1-Kv1s Lessons
I don't think it ruins your FPS because there is no 3rd party program involved. Just tick "Enable battle recording" in the settings. It'll store all of your battles as WoT replay files in the replays folder inside World Of Tanks folder. Then just upload them to wotreplays.com and post the link on the forums so people can see it and comment on itDannyboy wrote:Thanks for the help.

Re: Kv1-Kv1s Lessons
Recording replays does not record a movie as such, it simply records a string of python variables so the engine can replicate the battle. This is why they are small in size and do not take up much of your system resources whilst recording.
I think a good way to prevent "cherry picking" battles, is to just go play 5 battles in the same tank in a row and upload the replays.
