Junior Company Tanks

I have come to the conclusion that my much loved Panzer 3 is no longer up to the job for Junior Companies. This is a big shame as it is fully pimped out with a decent crew and I know it inside out.

My dilemma is what to replace it with. Logically I should move the crew to a Hetzer, but I don't really enjoy playing derp tanks and in companies would much prefer to be on the move. Other options are Matilda, which I don't enjoy in randoms, T-28 or M8A1. Of those, the M8A1 looks favourite, but I wonder how this plays in companies? Is this used as a passive scout or similar to the Hellcat in Medium Companies? I remember kind of enjoying the M8A1, but thought it was a bit unstable. Or should I just forget about Juniors and play Medium companies where I have a highly effective KV1-S or Hellcat

@junior tc well at the moment they are not very regular the last was held by rancidpunk a few weeks ago. He tried a Durchbruchswagen 2 (DB 2) there don't know if it is any good for that. I prefere to use the M8A1 most of the time. 

@medium tc you forgot your Cromwell which is ofc more than useable as scout/flanker there. Yes after they killed my beloved T-50 I am now a big fan of this.

yeah M8A1 looks like my best option. Not sure about Juniors since Tier 4 TDs have been allowed in. It reflects the game in general that TDs are the new arty. If they would just buff the meds my pz3 would be viable again.

How could I forget the Cromwell. A Cromwell platoon can be some of the best fun in the game.
