The easiest way is to go to this site: http://mwreplays.com/

Create an account there and simple enough...just upload the replay with the giant button on that site lol.

You can then copy and paste the link to the new replay you've created onto this forum.

If on mwreplays.com go to "Details" on your replay and then select "Image with Link for forums." Copy the link and then paste it into your message. This will automatically give you a link to your replay like this:

There are other sites too. I prefer wot-replays.org myself. The picture you get to embed isn't as good, but the page of each replay contains much more details.
