How did You hear about SGTA?: i didnt. i was looking for a clan on the WoT website that looked serious.
Why are you applying to SGTA: because i love to play with a group of people that want to have fun and play serious at the same time. i really would love to participate in clanwars.

But do note that the Academy is for players that are willing to learn.
Of course, we do play serious and have fun. But we learn each other and learn from each other at the same time.
And I can't see anywhere what you are willing to learn.
