Guess about what is 500 mln post in /b/ section of 4Chan

While 4chan.org is generally known netwide, some of you can propably don't know what 4chan and /b/ is, I'll bring you this topic on.

In short, 4chan was invented as a site or some kind of forum for manga and anime lovers to share content, but it's /b/ section (random, offtopic section) is a different story.
It's a forgotten by god, most filthiest and the most ridicolous place in the whole damn internet! Ppl are posting there almost everything. Nudity, disgust, sarcasm, jokes about f*cking mothers and niggas - those are words discribes its content well. You have to check it by yourself to understand it, if it's even possible to achieve. It's also place where most of internet memes were born.

Anyway, People were trying to reach magic number of 500 mln posts, everyone were trying to make his the best (or better word is "the worst", I think) post and be the one who did this 500 mlnth post. Finally this happened, so guess what this post is about. There's an answer:
