I disagree with his implementation of accuracy RNG. The rest, however, is pretty good.

ill have a read tonight, but i must say RNG is a thorn in the side some games. Why in some games you can several WTF moments when you take out an EMC going 60mkh 300m away with an SU-152 then the next 6 shots track a tank 100m away. This happens in a lot of battles and it makes you think there is sometimes an easy mode RNG number given out and others its a guaranteed loss RNG allocated.

One other thing ive noticed more often recently in high R0F tanks such as Matilda/E-25, I can pen time and time again whittling that tank down.... then the enemy tank is about to be given the final blow and 0dmg hits abound, same aim point etc etc. Ive actually got to the stage where i pre-empt it and change to another weak point for the final blow. RMG madness still???
