How did You hear about SGTA?: Through forum discussions mostly, but I do know Marco and ziggybass
Why are you applying to SGTA: I'm quite good, but clearly not good enough and I want to be better, I seem to learn very slowly by doing and making mistakes. I really need some "formal" teaching to make sure I have got the basics right. I want to be able to go back in to my old clan eventually and help them improve and start FC'ing company battles and maybe clan wars as well as running in house training. I would like it if more of my clan followed my path and took some time in SGTA to learn how to play effectively. I'm pretty sure I have some really bad habits that someone with expertise is going to help me correct. My current nightmares are driving straight in to Fochs in my E1 and turning my E100 in to a Swiss cheese statue. I am a trainer by profession and pretty good with people (although I do find them somewhat strange). I am a natural learner and will listen more than I talk. I guess it's the learning esperience I enjoy most about WoT, taking a tank I am bad in to being one I am good in is what I enjoy the most.

Remember, joining the AcademyHQ channel ingame is mandatory for all SGTA members. 

You will also  be assigned a "guide" who will show you the ropes during your first couple of weeks in the clan so that you do not swim into deep waters. You should contact him as soon as you can and arrange to meet him online, preferably on TS. The guide program is explained in this topic:

Be an active member, don't be shy, ask questions, browse our forums (lot's of info here) and participate in classes and TC's. We hold Tc's twice a week usually (during August maybe once a week).
