Well i am not lilly white myself but this is unacceptable. My boys play this game as well and I do not want him saying things like this to kids.
This will obviously be the first ticket i am going to submit after 17K games.

Also on a positive note :)i think the situational awareness lesson and the you tube video's are paying off.
Instead of pushing further after killing him  I went back and defended our cap. For a nice (laggy,lucky) win

Login
click world of tanks
click rule violations
then enter some text in the text box (this is just for the automatic answering thing)
click continue
click problem not solved
then you are in the screen to upload you replay and describe your issue to the support.

I know this because I needed it myself the other day.... some one raged thru the whole game on the team with the complete program (insulting, racism, etc)

I don't know ... you can try but as a prove screenshots would be better. Also there are rumors that it does not change anything to report such guys but the one i reported did not play for sometime after i reported him... so i think it might help or even when it did not help it helped me at this moment ;-)

I'd bet money on the fact that all messages are logged by WG for 'cover your butt' purposes.

All I wanna say is REPORT...REPORT DEM FOOLS!!!!

My 8yr old plays the game, I have enabled 'censor chat', it is very good.

A lot of abuse flies around chat though, you just need to grow thicker skin...or better, play with him keeping the higher moral ground, a single comment is enough

it seems to be somewhat of a common theme amongst certain clans though, not long ago the treasurer of EXNOM did more or less the same with me after I killed him and his toon buddies when they where seal clubbing tier 1 (I was seal clubbing as well but because I was playing with my wife who's new at the game and only had tier 1 tanks then :-P )

They go in thinking to own and then get frustrated because they get owned good by one guy they deem beneath them.

The irony of it all is that EXNOM stands for Expect No Mercy. :-D

WG do indeed keep a log, I let my cousin play while I was fixing his laptop, interesting enough he manage to get a few good shots off and get some kills but was dubbed a 'Hacker' and spammed for the rest of the game, after game though about three chats opened up and the real scumbags appeared, causing my cousin to freak and go running to his mother -_-

I reported it to WG, included the replay and told them that the abuse followed out of the match and became much worse, after about 3 days of WG claiming they would only act against IN-GAME I said I would take it further......

About a day later I was email by a mod who asked for times and dates of the 'Out-of-game' abuse, I provided and the mod then told me the aliases of the players engaged in chat with me during those time stamps, I had the lot reported and it led to long term bans for about 3 players (out of game abuse) and a warning for another 5 (in game abuse)

So they can act upon it if they wish
