Ok have seen this last year, have found the site which sells the pattern, have found a friend willing to knit this for me, but stupid paypal would not make the payment, the site was somehow bugged! Tried again with my wife's card it's a no-no there too!

The pattern is in .pdf format and costs something like 5-6 Euros.

Now if any of you gents manages to buy the pattern and is willing to share it I am more than a taker.
