SGTA Clan Wars Campaign

Hey guys!

So I just looked at this official thread: http://worldoftanks.eu/news/7404-clan-wars-campaign-announcement/

Looks cool, that limited edition tier X med looks enticing. Like always, I'm wondering if there is any taste for this challenge from SGTA members?

As from the looks of it, this 'campaign' seems to be all inclusive, allowing players with low tier tanks to participate. So... anybody got the urge to participate?

I honestly doubt it you'll be able to win anything only by playing low tiers.

actualy, u can win by playing only the botom tiers, since each phase has something to offer for the top 5 clans, altough i think that is way out of our posebilitys.

Lol you underestimate people in this clan already mate? XD

Also I believe people in this academy can put up quite a fight. I'd rather not have people generalizing the ability of the academy when it is not that evident yet.

Assumption of good clans playing good is fine. Assumption of people in SGTA unable to beat good clan is actually quite unfounded. I've commanded enough TCs against well established clan to know we can win fairly often.

My study period is starting end of May for 3 months, but I will try to there.

You can have my IS7 and IS4 (soon batchat)

I think I will be pretty busy, since it's one of the last weeks before the holidays.
If you need some cannonfodder to fill gaps in tier 6-7, I'll be your man.

If my understanding of the rules are correct. We can choose which tier to enter ourselves in. At the moment I am more leaning towards the low tiers (1-3 and 4-6) for more chances of success.

We already know who to shoot first if that happens

I would be up for this. Summer vacation starting next month, so I have enough free time to concentrate. The video showed that the tiers will be divided to Tier 1, Tier 2-6, Tier 7-8 and Tier 9-10.

First 2 should be doable and the 7-8 also with enough commitment. All of this would require regular training of course.

"The 5 Clans with the most Victory Points by the end of each stage will be eligible for the M-60 Tier X medium tank." That sounds very good, even if that doesn't happen, there will be some gold and cool medals.

Anyone who wants to join NEEDS to be ready for training and be ready for many CW battles through the different stages. This will be more demanding than the TCs we have done so far, but there will be rewards also.

No, I don't underestimate them at all. I just feel that WG isn't as generous as they try to make it sound. I highly doubt they will be giving those tanks so easily.

I'm definitely in! I have KV-1S and AMX105 Pimped a bit, also have IS-3, not that much Pimped but crew is constantly training ELC is also pimped and trained, but dunno if there's place for it Can't wait to participate!

Hmm... I could delay my departure a little, pretty sure the CIRC clan won't be doing this. I'm pretty sure I will be around, though not 100% sure - it's around when my parents are re-roofing their house, so I may end up not having the time.

Which one do you suggest i get for the Tier 7-8 ?

I haven't got that much time to invest, but if it's possible, I'll join whenever I'm available. Cannot commit to this 100%, as real life has a way of getting in my face at the moment.
