Usa:
T1 Cunningham : the only tank that have useful mobility for spotting ( if need it can be used as spoter  for base protector) . none of tier 1 have good gun for doing anything
Useful when we have 1 point left for using or have a lots of player and want to combine it with tier 3 TD
 
Tier 2:

T-28 (fast tank – good hp - for going back and protect the base it will be good)
