Why are you applying to SGTA: My WR is okay, and I guess eff. isn't too bad, but I think I've hit the point where any major improvements in gameplay will probably be with people who know more what they're doing.

If you want to be full member of SGTA you have to leave and wait for cooldown to end (2 days) before you can another clan. However you can join classes even if you're not part go SGTA and use the forums.

Why are you applying to SGTA: I consider myself an average player, but want to get good enough to join a top clan such as IDEAL, PTS or 322. Therefore I need to improve my game and take it to the next level (particularly tiers 6 - 10), in particular I need to learn when to withdraw and when to attack PS, I only recently left my clan so my cooling off period is 2 days I think

For the top clans, only tier X is viable as its borderland pointless to play clan wars without an end game tank. This has something to do with sheer hp pool and dmg output rather than how well you play tanks, as CW is very team focused rather than individual focused.

Not for the particular clan I have in mind (don't want to name on here). I've been told I need to improve my performance at Tier 8+

I have a vast amount of end game tanks you can analyze at your will. If you want, you can learn how to pen all the tier X tanks at any given range.
