Again I know it's a noob question but anyway.

I'd like something on how to train my crews. First of all there is the issue of what to train in which order depending on role of the crew.

Also I guess that importance depends on whether we are talking tank, tank destroyer or artillery and whether the tank is a brouler, a sniper, a spotter/scout etc maybe even whether we are talking light, medium or heavy.

Again I have been given conflicting advice. Someone told me to always start with repair, then when reaching 100% to drop and go for a skill of some sort and retrain repair to drop again and so forth

Through some wisdom and experience my way please

What tank/line especially? There are no hard and fast rules; depends on tank type/nation/playstyle and personal preference.

Since I'm relatively new to Wot I don't really have a preferred tank/line (Well I do actually but I hope to expand to other lines). Also I don't really have a fixed tank type/nation/playstyle or personal preference yet.

Why don't you tell me (and the rest of the readers) your personal preference and others can answer with theres, then maybe we can all learn something

Ok for example: Arty, I always go for camo first, then once trained 100% change the crew over the BIA, then start retraining camo. After that I usually go for 6th sense, snap shot, clutch braking etc followed by repairs.

For TDs, depends on the type of TD, but generally camo/sixth sense first, then BIA, then repairs, then other.

Dont really play other types of tank so cant comment.

For almost any tank, expect for arty and some TDs and scouts, I go for full repair and then 6th sense, snapshot, smooth ride, situational awareness and something for loader. These combined with GLD and vert stab makes aiming faster. Sometimes I go for the skills first and repair second, depending on the tank. But these have become must haves for me.
