Willing to help some lost souls

Hello guys.
I really dont know where to start. I dont like long stories so to summarize everything pretty quick:

I was one of the first members in SGTA after Ding created it. I was also the first one to get kicked from here for misbehaving.
Now I grown up (just a little bit ) and Im willing to sacrifice a little bit of my time for those few promissing members that are not absolutly fullfilled with great lessons conducted in that academy.

About me:
I started as casual scrub. After first few thousand battles I had 49% win ratio and below 1000 old efficiency.
Since I absolutly loved WoT I was really interested how is it possible that some players get around twice (or more) the results I get.
I started watching Highflyer15 videos and joined that academy.
Then I found that possibly the best player in that game(emu87, currently inactive) streams his game live on twitch.
Since then I really learned a lot and reached level of those best players in the game.

Currently Im in PTS clan and Im also playing ESL (7v7) with polish team Evil Panda Squad. So if you need any info on those competetive stuff feel free to ask.

I will try to platoon with you guys when I have time and answer any question you have. Feel free to ask them here or in game.

To answer your question I like some of the trans music but not if the bit is boring and repeated for 5 minutes. In every kind of music youo can find something interesting tho.

Regarding arty: I sold all my arties even before nerfs becouse they were just not fun/boring to play. Plus I wanted to lower amount of arty in randoms.
I still strongly encourage selling all the arties from your garage

I'll definitely sell both of my arties as soon as I research next ones. I've heard that Obj. 261 is still pretty damn good and I've liked what I saw on the test server. AP FTW!

I just started training with those guys (http://wotproleague.com/season3/team/eps/) and hopefully in a few weeks you will see me in some stream carrying Pandas to victory  

And about that incident it was a long story. Basically I pissed off someone who was really liked by eurobrit.

I would ask for platoons, but all my Tier 6+ tanks are on my main NA account...I only have Tier 5 tanks here on the EU server...

There is no single most important thing to improve.
Every engagement is won with using brain. If you will think ahead and know what your enemies can do then it's easy to outsmart them.
Good player should know how to deal "free dmg" but should also be capable of out smarting enemy in a dogfight so to say. And both of these things happen if you use your brain better then enemy

Normally I'm playing tiers 8-10 but I have some lower tiers like 6 or 7.
Once in a while I can play a round in Tetrarch or something but these tiers are not that challenging and you won't learn much.

I just reminded myself that I had one hillarious game yesterday.
This is a tutorial of how not to play but still gotta post it becouse of the amount of luck.

First of all it was Assault mode which I never played (only got Encounter on).
The problems started when my platoon mate got stuck. I wanted to help him and just when I was about to do that enemies cough us in a strange position. Then the fun starts.
