Re: Willing to help some lost souls
Well I wished they melted a little bit faster since they stole all my frags
To answer your questions:
I don't know what is the exact value of Foch armor, but I know that Obj 704 penetrates it quite reliably (at least up close). Obviously 268 won't have any problems (except some unlucky rolls) plus I was standing above him.
There is an interesting spot from the other side as well but it's quite risky cause you have to go down the slope a little and might not be able to come back. Although something like hellcat with binos works really brilliant there. (you have a bush from which you can spot and shoot the whole opposite side).
If you want you can upload your own replays and I will try to comment on them.

I'm guessing you wouldn't be interested in really good games, but rather fail games (since they have more mistakes), right? I mean, good games come because you're in the right place at the right time.

One of the most epic game I EVER had. It was first battle with 100% crew in Obj. 268.
Not much to say, 9 kills and 11k damage. Enjoy

It was the first time that 2 ppl from battle wrote to me afterwards and asked for replay/congratulated for awesome playing

My best game in object was 9500 dmg, and a loss
Re: Willing to help some lost souls
Very nice. That middle spot seems pretty strong on Prokhorovka. Do you recommend to use it a lot (meds, heavies, fast TDs)?
That bounce on T-44 was so, so unlucky. And you could've had 10 kills if your shot had landed on that ISU before M103's.
All in all, awesome stuff. Shows how OP that Russian crap is

@Vampir_Kifla
Well as you saw when we platooned last weekend I did around 5500 spotting damage by going to that spot with my t-54, it's a nobrainer when you start in the South because it gives you so many options (unless of course when 5 tanks go that direction).
You can shoot people that try to go up the hill in the East, with good camo and no proxy spotter on the other side you can "peekaboo" over the hill and spot/shoot people who try to advance on the West/middle without risking too much, and you are able to go to either flank should it be needed.
From the North it's still a good spot to go to but you have less opportunities compared to the South side.
If the other side has a good scout that stays alive and keeps spotting the ridge you might have a very bad game. But I have rarely been disappointed by going there.

Thanks for advices. Believe it or not, I almost never went there because when I went there someone spotted me there and I died instantly. But I will definitely try it out again with more care.

Um, yes, that spot is pretty awesome, but if your team gives up the hill you might get shot from up there by invisible tenks of doom. But I digress, that was a fantastic game, good job :]

Just dug this one up. An ace tanker in the Foch. One of my first games, so crew was at 90% and didn't have engine or tracks. Yep, lost that one I was really disappointed with the result because I felt I could've done more, so I'd like your commentary on that game Mugen.

Wow, completely missed the shitstorm in here. Never got back to you because I kinda rage-quited WoT for a few weeks (haven't played more than 3 games a day until yesterday).
Anyway, if the offer's off I'll just get better on my own. Can't always wait after people to help you, innit ?

First of all that was some really good gameplay on your side.Vampir_Kifla wrote:Just dug this one up. An ace tanker in the Foch. Tho there were a few things you could have done to win it.
-Kill FV 183 faster. That wasnt really on your side. If only Wasp would shoot properly instead of going back and forth while having FV tracked you could start killing is3 much faster.
-When Is3 was trying to get away from you at the end I would follow him and try to finish him off first. Then you would just face T110e5 and Maus one by one, becouse Maus would be too slow.
-load APCR for Maus not to fail any shot. By not penetrating that one shot you gave Is3 and T110 time to flank you.
Anyway that game was all about time. The small mistakes costed you time and game.

It seems pretty erratic from what I can tell.
There's no doubt he's good but the stream can be a bit dull at times. Still, there's some very good lessons to be learnt from watching him.

"I will own, just survive" - a pretty bold statement
Great game, some pretty unlucky bounces, but thats just RNG for you.

Yes pretty bold attitude. But hey it paid off.
Those random un-aimed shots at the ELC in the beginning, is that normal approach on it?
