Just one small thing about it is that SGTA is an academy primarily founded for teaching people how to play the game. It is unwise to join the academy if you have no intention of learning anything as not only will you probably find it boring but also you will be occupying a position a potential newbie would sorely miss.

But I'm not saying you're not welcome! XD It's just a heads-up more like. The ultimate decision comes from admissions officers, who I'm sure will take this into consideration!
