Clan Wars Crash Course | 29th May 19.00

Hello everyone,

Many people of you are very excited about the upcoming cw campaign.
The list with the required tanks will be up soon and so will be a new forum section to sign up for it.

Since clan wars are on another level than tank companies and require an even bigger amount of teamwork, we decided to set up a little crash course for you.

It will consist of the mindset you should have while playing team based game modes and the techniques you should have heard of when you want to enter this stage.

The first lesson will be taking place on the 29th May at 19.00 UTC.
After that there will be a shorter training session with a TC after it every second day to practise the things learned.

The stuff you will hear about sounds simple but it needs lots of practise to execute it well. So try to join as often as possible to maximise the learning effect.

Can I lead the main push if I'm not arty? That's the best bit of CW for me once everyone learns NOT TO STOP EVER, EVER, EVER!

I will be there! We can bring it in practice in the TC afterwards.

Well I am interessted, had a look on my schedule and got time (possibly not for all the training days till 10th but most of them). But to be totally commited i'm waiting for the tank list to see if i own the required equipment for the first phase.

I am interested, but I fear real life will make it impossible to attend 100%. If it's allowed to join once in a while, I'm happy, if not, I'll leave the spot for someone else.

I'm interested and will try to make it, but if you have another player to fill up the spot I'm fine.

Would love to play, but I will have to miss some practises.

Is this restricted to participents of the cw campaign or can others also take part, e.g. just watching or be a target to shoot at?

Edit: The links at the end of the course material seem to be invalid. Think it's the series of vids you get in youtube with these keywords 'wot tank academy'

Workaround for the not working links at the end go to YouTube search for the channel worldoftankcom. enter the channel click the inchannel search button enter academy => there are the 4 videos.

Also, please note that when we actually do clan wars, we will consider the persons following these trainings first.

If we have the choice between you without training and your friend with training, you will have to find your own platoon

On a personal note: if it were up to me, I would not even take persons without TS and/or training with me .
