Basics of Active Scouting -[COMPLETED]
Basics of Active Scouting - 5th July - 19:00 UTC (20:00 BST, 21:00 CET)
TS3 for comms
Please reply in this thread if you wish to take part; there are no tank requirements as it's nearly all theory, though something fast-ish would be useful. The class time will be around an hour, perhaps slightly over depending how long things take to explain.

Re: Basics of Active Scouting -[COMPLETED]
I wouldn't mind getting a refresher, been a while since I've driven the T-50-2, so count me in.
Please clarify whether it's the 5th or 6th so I can set a reminder on my phone.
Edit: Damn, real life have gotten in the way, and as such I'll be unable to attend.

Re: Basics of Active Scouting -[COMPLETED]
I'm interested to join this one, I'm a really bad scout/light player, thus I have only 2 lights in garage. What tank should
I take for lesson? Tetrarch, PzII, T49 or m4a3e8? (or should I just stay away, until I got a proper scout?)

Whatever's fastest is fine, as I said it'll mostly be theory.

Hi Pointy!
On one Hand i have to join (1 Lesson per week rule) on the other i want to ask if it changed till the last one in which i participated already? Because i don't want to fill up a space other students might be more helped with. But if there is something new to learn for me too Count me in.

Ooooooo it will be my first lesson - except for platooning up with Zed22 for a little while on Monday.
Count me in, please.
Probably a stupid question but.......1900 UTC is that 2000 BST UK time?

Yup. There's a clock just above the chatbox which is in UTC to make it easy to check what time it will be for you.

Re: Basics of Active Scouting -[COMPLETED]
Ronin, if you were there last time, it won't contain any really new information - the only major change that's happened since then is that bushes count less camo wise (30% less if I remember right). However, if there's room, do you still want an invite anyway? Sometimes a refresher is useful regardless.RoninRage wrote:Hi Pointy!

EDIT: I also want to get everyone who's taking part to watch this, not just because it bumps up my viewer count ( ), but also because both matches show different aspects of scouting - the first especially was a good active scouting game. Feel free to ignore my witterings, most of it's not relevant to scouting anyway, but the match itself is worth watching.
EDIT2: Also to clear up for Ronin, it's not 1 class per week, it's 1 per month as a minimum.
